To better understand—at an organizational level—our services and activities, and how those services are most-effectively aligned to our academic mission, the UniForum@UBC program will soon be inviting all faculty and staff employees to participate in a Service Satisfaction Survey.
This survey will ask staff and faculty employees about what we are doing well, where we should work to improve services, and where we can learn from those that are working well.
To ensure confidentiality, the survey is being conducted by a third party. No one at UBC will have access to individual feedback.
On May 23, 2017, staff and faculty will receive an invitation by email from the address “firstname.lastname@example.org” with the title “Invitation to UniForum Service Satisfaction Survey”. This email will include your unique link to access the survey online. The survey takes on average 15 minutes to complete, and closes end of day on Tuesday, June 6, 2017.
